At MSMG FamilyMedicine/Internal Medicine we want your office visit to be as efficient and pleasant as possible.  Please take the time to review this basic information about our office as this will help answer many questions, eliminate misunderstandings, make your visit go much more smoothly, and improve your satisfaction with our services.  The entire office staff will work very hard to make you feel comfortable and welcome at our clinic and to meet your healthcare needs in the best manner possible. Our Mission We believe that physicians have a responsibility to empower patients and provide them with the tools to live healthy, happy and productive lives.  This can be achieved through multiple treatment modalities that the patient and the healthcare team need to explore together.

After Office Hours - Kingsport If you need to reach your doctor after office hours, call Indian Path Medical Center at (423) 857-7000 and ask to have your doctor paged.  If your doctor is not on call at that time, the doctor on call will be paged to address your concerns.

Confidential Information Because the provider-patient relationship is a privileged one, we do not give out information about a patient over the telephone, in person, or in writing to others, even close relatives, without the patient's written consent. We consider your association with us to be a confidential and personal matter. Therefore, before we release information concerning your health to any third party, you must sign a consent form authorizing the release of this information. To cover our costs, we do charge for copies of medical records.
